Abstract
In order to continuously consolidate and expand the effectiveness of soil and water conservation project construction in Shaanxi Province, continuously promote the improvement of project quality and efficiency throughout the entire life cycle, and effectively promote the high-quality development of soil and water conservation projects, combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi Province, we will preliminarily explore the development pattern for the future period of time.
