The Development Trend of Xin 'an Painting School in Contemporary Art
Xin 'an Painting School was active in Xin 'an region from the end of Ming Dynasty to the early Qing Dynasty, with Jianjiang as the leader and Huangshan as the main object of expression. They especially respected Ni Yunlin's life attitude, personality charm, artistic thought and painting style in the Yuan Dynasty. They followed Ni Yunlin's example and gave full play to the characteristics of elegant and extraordinary literati painting, carried forward the typical style of literati painting that was once silent, and made an indelible contribution to the historical progress of Chinese painting. They are loyal to the expression of the soul, reverence for nature, and these loyalty and reverence engraved on the pen, infiltrated into every handwriting left on the paper silk, forming a unique painting style and lofty realm of my own, and set a brilliant example for the contemporary painting world.
