Abstract

Based on JJF 1618-2017“Calibration Specification for Insulating Oil Dielectric Dissipation Factor and Volume Resistivity Testers”, this paper introduces the insulating oil dielectric dissipation factor and volume resistivity testers. Then we analyze the measurement models and evaluate the uncertainty of the sources of measuring errors of voltage, capacitance, dielectric dissipation factor, volume resistivity and temperature of the insulating oil dielectric dissipation factor and volume resistivity testers in detail. Each uncertainty is evaluated with both class A and class B of the standard uncertainty.
