Abstract

This article reviews relevant literature on the connotation of teachers’ digital literacy, typical frameworks, evaluation tools and methods for digital literacy. According to the roles and responsibilities of university teachers, an evaluation indicator system for digital literacy of university teachers is constructed based on six dimensions: technological competence, teaching ability, professional development, digital security and ethical awareness, adaptability to digital environments, and digital thinking and innovation. Considering the specific contexts of different disciplines, positions, and developmental stages of university teachers, a method for identifying group weights based on individual cognitive structures is proposed for different user groups, to be used in conjunction with the evaluation indicator system.
