This paper advocates for the adoption of a five-dimensional comprehensive education model, with a focus on post-course competition and certificate creation, to effectively implement the comprehensive education concept of "Post-Course-Competition-Certificate-Innovation" and enhance the quality of talent training in vocational colleges. It conducts an analysis of the reform strategy for the environmental art design major at Shanghai Institute of Commerce & Foreign Languages from five key perspectives: restructuring the talent training program, harnessing synergies from school-enterprise collaboration, driving teaching method reforms, elevating levels of double-teacher teams, and integrating ideological and political curriculum requirements. Finally, it provides a summary and reflection on the outcomes of professional construction.
