Abstract

With the continuous development of the information society, the contradiction between the training mode of computer application technology professionals in vocational colleges and the demand for talents in enterprises is receiving more and more attention. The modern apprenticeship talent training mode under the background of school enterprise cooperation has become one of the key means to solve this contradiction. On the basis of reviewing the current development status of modern apprenticeship and computer application technology majors, this article analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current modern apprenticeship training methods for computer technology majors, and proposes corresponding solutions. The core requirement is that enterprises and schools should jointly participate and reasonably divide labor in the talent training process, including clarifying the main responsibilities, integrating enrollment and recruitment Optimize and improve talent training programs, etc.
