Research on the Function of Alumni Resource Development in The Employment of University Graduates

Abstract
To realize the full employment and high quality employment of college graduates is the key issue that the government , the education department and the whole society pay attention to.In order to do a good job in employment,it is necessary to make full use of various resources,among which alumni resources play an increasingly important role in the process of student employment because of their unique value.Through studying the status and role of alumni in the employment of college graduates,it can provide feasible ways for the concrete implementation of college employment.
