Exploration of the Integration Path of the "Labor Spirit" and Higher Vocational Courses

This paper takes the course of "Comprehensive Quality of Security Inspection" in higher vocational colleges as the carrier, and systematically explores the integration path of the requirements of the labor spirit in teaching practice. By analyzing the convergence points among the course objectives, teaching contents and the needs of professional positions, this paper proposes an ideological and political education model of the ideological and political education system that integrates "ideology—skill—behavior" as a whole. The integration of the labor spirit can significantly enhance students' professional resilience and awareness of safety responsibilities, providing theoretical support and practical paradigms for cultivating civil aviation security inspection talents with both "morality and skills".
