Stimulate the Sense of Ownership of Experimental Technicians to Help the Cultivation of Talents in University - Taking the College of Environment and Energy of Zhejiang Guangsha Vocational and Technical University as an Example

Abstract

A high-level experimental technical team is the cornerstone of experimental teaching and scientific research. When building the experimental technology team, colleges and universities adopt diversified training mechanisms to improve their comprehensive quality, motivate them to participate in teaching practice and teaching reform, establish platforms for the use of large-scale instruments and equipment and safety guarantee system, stimulate their sense of ownership to mobilize their enthusiasm, and give full play to the role of experimental technicians in the cultivation of high-quality talents.
