Abstract

Game recharge is a new type of consumer behavior. Minors are not mature enough, often lacking sufficient judgment and self-control, and do not have adequate spending power. In minors' online games, a large amount of recharge can often easily cause controversy. This article from "Liu Mou 1 v. Guangzhou love nine game information technology limited company network service contract dispute case" studied the minors' game top-up behavior of a legal nature, legal effect, and the corresponding legal consequences.
