Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Fluorescence Analysis under the Concept of Integration of Science and Education

This paper focuses on the cultivation of innovative talents in fluorescence analysis, analyzes the current training status, explores the existing problems and their root causes, and proposes strategic talent training schemes. The aim is to ensure that the concept of integration of science and education runs through the entire talent training process in the field of fluorescence analysis, thereby promoting technological innovation and application popularization.
