Abstract

In the context of rapid advancements in intelligent manufacturing, traditional apprenticeship systems are increasingly unable to meet the evolving skill requirements of the industry. This paper examines the logic behind the reconstruction of modern apprenticeship curriculum systems to align with the technological demands of intelligent manufacturing. It explores the limitations of conventional apprenticeship models, the role of technological advancements in curriculum development, and the strategies for implementing effective apprenticeship programs. Key areas of focus include the integration of industry and education, the adoption of competency-based training, and the importance of workplace learning. The paper proposes a flexible, lifelong learning approach to apprenticeship design, supported by strong industry-education partnerships and technological innovations. The findings aim to provide a framework for restructuring apprenticeship systems that can equip future workers with the necessary skills for intelligent manufacturing.

Keywords: Intelligent manufacturing, modern apprenticeship, curriculum reconstruction, competency-based education, industry-education integration.
