Abstract

Science and technology intermediary institutions, as a bridge connecting science and technology innovation and industrial application, play an important role in promoting the development of new productive force. Based on the theoretical framework of S&T intermediary service model innovation and effectiveness enhancement, we analyse the operation mode and practical effectiveness of Internet+ agency K and state-owned enterprise agency Z. The results show that S&T intermediaries can effectively promote the breeding and expansion of new productivity by building an open and collaborative innovation ecosystem, implementing service model innovation, promoting close synergy between policy and market, deepening international cooperation. Science and technology intermediaries need to continue to explore service innovation and strengthen cross-border cooperation to contribute to the high-quality development of new productive force.
