Legislative Research on Administrative Regulation of Internet Rental Bicycles
Internet leasing bicycle is a representative product of the sharing economy, which is green, low-carbon, convenient, low-cost, easy to park, meets diversified needs, and solves the problem of the "last kilometer" of travel, which is chosen by more and more people, and has become the most used mode of transportation other than public transportation and subway. As a new phenomenon, the rapid development of the Internet-based bicycle leasing industry has also led to several problems, such as Internet leasing bicycle enterprises overstocking bicycles, Internet leasing bicycle users randomly parking bicycles, and others. Therefore, an in-depth study on the legislative improvement of the administrative regulation of internet-leased bicycles has both significant theoretical and practical implications.
