Research on Content Creation Mechanism and Optimization Path: A Case Study of Food Exploration Vlogger on TikTok
With the fast development of mobile internet technologies and short-video platforms in recent years, food-related video content creation on TikTok is also innovating and accelerating. This paper selects 131 food-exploration Vlogs posted by Tebie Wulala, a leading food-exploration influencer on TikTok, between March 2025 and March 2026, and analyzes systematically his content creation mechanism. This study proposes four optimization strategies accordingly: innovating narrative modes, developing regional gourmet IPs, standardizing commercial monetization channels, and refining target audience interaction mechanisms. The findings offer theoretical and practical references for the sustainable development of Wulala’s account and other food-exploration Vlogs on TikTok.
